We had only a small delay when we went from Santorini to Paros of 1 hour and 10 minutes (on 7th August). On the three boat trips we had booked, it was not possible to find chairs (we were with 2 children) so we had to sit somewhere on the ground. We only found nice chairs from Paros to Santorini.
Also I think it would be more convenient to give your customers an electronic ticket by email.
