GA Ferries maritime company was founded in 1988 by Gerasimos Agoudimos. Its seven car/passenger boats and one jet ferry serve daily domestic connections from Piraeus to the Dodecanese and Cyclades islands and from Agios Konstantinos, in Central Greece, to Sporades islands.

The company owes 5 highspeed vessels. The oldest one was built in 1996 and the youngest one in 2005, at shipyards in the Netherlands and Australia. They are all catamaran- passenger/vehicle ferries and can carry hundreds of passengers and vehicles to Cyclades islands, Greece.
