 Ammendment and cancelation for issued tickets
For the cancelation policies of each ferry company kindly check
ferries general terms of embarkation and cancellation policies.
In case you wish to cancel already issued ferry tickets you will be refunded according to the ferry company’s cancelation policy.
We must be notified in written form (by an e-mail) at least 5 working days prior to departure date otherwise we are not responsible if the cancellation is not possible due to lack of time.
In case you wish to ammend already issued ferry tickets, there is a charge of 11,9 euro per reservation and we must be notified in written form (by an e-mail) at least 5 working days prior to departure date. |
