I bought air tickets, city tours and island tours with transfers from Greeka.com. I traveled to Athens and Santorini last August. It was a very well-organized tour and although the itinerary I asked for was not the usual one and they did their best to adapt it to my schedule. The people that organized the trip were warm, the transfers always punctual and the hotels very comfortable. I also loved the places we traveled into; Athens was a mix of culture and history, with many friendly people, while Santorini was breathtaking. I would say that everything was excellent. What I only want to mention is that maybe vouchers could be given to customers once they have booked and paid for the service so that they have a sort of confirmation with them.
