I used your site to rent a car on the island Chios. Not sure of the rental company name. They proposed me to bring the car at the hotel and they were exactly on time. The women (Helen) was very friendly, spoke very well English and all the administration took only 10 minutes. This is worth to stay in the guiness book of records!! Mostly it takes from half an hour untill 2 hours (at Athens once). I send a mail when I came home because I forgot something in the car... They answered immediately on my e-mail and looked in the car..but they didn't find the object. They were very, very friendly. Super.
