Problem with volume

I booked a car which was delivered at Popi Hotel in Athens. There where some "scrach" on vehicle: right side was little crashed. Also I had some problems with radio buttons on steering wheel: always volume on min. or on max. That problem I had several days, but I forgot to tell it, when I drop-off car on the airport. I have the feeling, that the problem is connection between steering wheel and steering column control unit.
