Last summer, I was in Thassos for holidays and rented a car, so that I wouldn’t have to rely on the poor and inconvenient public means of transportation. I rented thus a Daewoo Matiz from a local agency that I found in Greeka.com. I picked up the car myself from the agency, though they had offered to deliver it in front of my hotel, and dropped it off in the same place, nine days later. The people of the agency were helpful and kind, I didn’t have any problem with them, and neither did I face any difficulties while driving; in fact, the roads were pretty good for an island, with many signs to guide you.
