Greece Bungee Jumping
Bungee jumping is an adventurous sports activity that has become particularly popular these last years all over the world. Bungee Jumping began on Pentecost island, in the south west of the Pacific Ocean, from a native tribe who use this process to choose their leaders.

Boys at the age of 16 climb on wooden scaffolds 20 m high, tie tendrils around their ankles and jump. Most boys get seriously harmed and others even lose their lives. However, those who survive become the leaders of the whole tribe. This practice started in the ancient times and continues till today.
