Avatar problem

I am unable to upload a photo to use as my avatar and would like any tips available! Each time I try to upload it says 'wrong file type, use only jpg files' which is what I am trying to upload!

Maybe the size is not correct?

check image type (jpg/jpeg), dimensions (100x100) and image file size (10kb)

This error shows permission problems in saving your avatar pic.
I have modified the script a little and tested. It allowed me to upload an avatar image. Can you try again and notify us?

Hi, i have only just joined this website. I'm also having problems trying to upload my Avatar pic.
I have successfully uploaded general pictures, this evening, but can't get the Avatar to work.
Any suggestions please ?

Hello Ozzie 58, welcome to Greeka!

Do you follow the instructions to upload the avatar?
- File types allowed: jpg
- File names: only latin characters and numbers
- Typical avatar dimensions are: 100x100 pixels
- Avatar will be rezised into 150 x 113 pixel, if uploaded image is larger than those dimensions.
- Avatars smaller than 150px will be no be allowed

Please check if all the above are correct, and if you still can't upload the avatar, you can send me the picture and I will upload it for you.
