'allo,
I am considering of permanent move into the Island of samos and simply cant find any info from anywhere regarding flats that can be rented permanently. If you know any, could you please give me e-mails or telephone numbers.
Few conditions I unfortunately have:
1. The flat has to be in good condition (basic is ok, bad is not)
2. The contract cant be - for 1year least cause I rent without seeing the flat and need the option to move out if needed.
3. I need a fast internet connection.
If you can help I would be most thankfull.

There are many flats to be rented on a yearly basis but you won't find info on the web about them.
The best way to find one is once there.

So you suggest finding a cheap hostel and stay there for week or two to find a flat I want? Sounds ok for as long as I find a hostel with internet and cheap rent  Any suggestions anyone?

Did anyone help you? If they did I would love to share the information because I would love to do the same but don't know where to start.
I would like to retire there if I can afford to. Even when on holiday, I don't know where to look for the information !!!
I love Samos too!
