Only in Corfu for a day on a cruise what Must I see 8am-1pm

I will be going on a cruise with stops in Corfu, Santorini & Mykonos. If you only had a few hours in each of these places. What do I HAVE to see incase I never get to come back? Any help would be GREAT!

Corfu: just the town
Santorini: Fira and Oia village
Mykonos: main town and one beach like Super Paradise

Are there any restaurants that you can recommend with beautiful views that I must visit?

There are many that looks fine in nice locations. I really don't remember where I eat.
