Loved Ireon....where else?

Hi all...we went to Ireon on Samos last year and loved it. We are looking to travel again this year, and want to find a similar place to go. (i.e a small town with a few tavernas, a reasonable beach, no huge tourist hotels etc) Any ideas? We have been looking at Kokkari, Samos,, Kampos, Samos, and Katelios, Simi, Aghia Efimia, Aghia Kalloni, Kefalonia and Lesvos........we would prefer direct UK flights, and a small hotel with a pool......

You can go to Kefalonia at Assos.

The short list is growing..... Kefalos (Kos), Katelios, (Kefalonia), Skala Kalloni (Lesvos), Kokkari (Samos)......anyone like to add......

Oliv....it looks lovely at Assos...it's on the short list now....any accomodation you would recommend?

I never stayed there but I met the owners once. They were extremely friendly.
