snorkel, kayak windsurf family of 3

We are planning a visit to Greece in late June and are overwhelmed with the choices. We are hoping to find an island where we can rent kayaks for day trips, where he snorkeling is good and maybe has windsurfers to rent if the wind picks up. My daughter is 13 and isn't keen on a multi-night kayak adventure. A bonus would be if we could rent bicycles.

We don't care about night life, prefer to avoid jet skis and wouldn't mind if there were ancient ruins around.
