Hi

We are looking at going to Skopelos in 2009 and was wondering if anyone can tell us a few things.

1. How to get to the Port from Airport?
2. Is there just one port at Skopelos?
3. As we are going Independent can anyone name some great apartments with swimming pool in Skopelos Town?

There are plenty of taxis that will take you to the port from the airport - it's just a short trip.
I believe there's just one port on Skopelos but I don't know any hotels to recommend, sorry!

7? Taxi from Skiathos airport to ferry port.

3 ports on Skopelos.........Glossa , Agnondas ( used only in bad weather ) and Skopelos town itself.

I'd reccommend Sophie And Takis studios in Skopelos port. Lovely lady and the views ( must ask for sea view ) from the balcony over the port are lovely. If you can stretch to it you want the Villa with front sea view ( this can be taken as whole house or individual apartments ).
