First time to Rhodes

Me and my wife, love the Greek Islands. This is our first time to Rhodes. We are staying in Kolymbia from the beginning of August for two weeks. Is it worth hiring a car or is it safer to use taxis. We want to see some of the island while we are there.

Hire a car, definitely.
It is big island with tons of things to discover.
