working in Ios

I am an American wondering about work in Ios... I am a recent college graduate and my friend and I are wanting to visit a Greek island for the busy season to live and work. We were wondering whats the best way to go about this, how easy is it for Americans to get employment. We are both experienced bartenders and we have heard that English speaking bartenders are in high demand during the busy season. Could someone please give me some information that might help us out as far as the best places to look for work and living arrangements and things like that... thank you!

The best thing would be to ask directly bars and clubs in Ios island.
I invit you to visit http://www.greeka.com/cyclades/ios/island/ios-bars.htm and http://www.greeka.com/cyclades/ios/island/ios-clubs.htm. There are some e-mail adresses so just contact them and ask for info.

Good luck!

Why would you do that? There are also banks in Ios, ATM and post offices for travel checks.

You can find a job upon arrival but you should go there in early season, in May for example.
