Hi Costas,
I will answer you in English.
There are a lot of bars in Parikia as well as some bars but the hot spot of the island is Naoussa.
Then, it also depends of the kind of music you listen.
Also, you should maybe consider to go to Ios for a couple of days. 18 years old is the perfect age for Ios. There is no greek music there but it is all about partying all night long.
There are daily ferries from Paros (Parikia) to Ios.

Dear Costas,
I don't really know the prices.
You should check the online system we propose on http://www.greeka.com/greece/greece-ferries.htm
You will find info about prices and schedules.
Have a great trip to Paros. And Ios will be a great experience for you. It was for me many years ago.
Santorini is around 4-5 hours away from Paros with the normal ferry. There are some high speed ones that will take just a couple of hours. Santorini is THE most beautiful island of all. But I would recommand it for couples more than for friends interested in nightlife.

The bus costs one Euro. The taxi between 10 and 12.
@Costa: gia sas tha elega opos dipote naoussa. Ekei pane ola ta paidia san esas  kai kanoun party olh nichta!
