Sailing around Kefalonia

I'm going sailing with a group of friends around the Ionian islands.

I was wondering if anybody can recommend the following:-

'Must see' beaches.

Marinas.

'Must see' places

Good restaurants and tavernas

Any other useful advice???

fiscardho is must-do. be careful with the resteraunts there though- some charge ridiculous prices. And get in early- very very busy. Fiscardho is in reach of frikes on ithaca which is great!! and vasseliki is quite nice to the north on lefkas. sivota is really nice to the east of vasseliki. and then there's always poros down south and then down to zakynthos which is pretty decent.
