It is cold and rainy and no tourism activities work on Mykonos or on any other area of Greece. The months to find a job are: june, july, August and September. There is some activities (shops and bars) opened in winter for local people who live there during all year but I really don't know which ones. Don't expect to find tourists there during these months.
