Hello...we are travelling to Kefalonia this Sunday...does anyone know lovely restaurants with quality food in Kefalonia? We'll stay near to Argostoli town.

Hello,
I really don't remember where I ate there. Maybe souvlaki.
But one advise I heard for eating in Greece: avoid places where there are only tourists. If you find a few Greeks in a restaurant, then, the possibilities to find better food gets bigger. |

If you are staying in or near Argostoli, you will have plenty of choices from traditional tavernas to restaurants, offering European type menus.
I am hesitant to recommend a particular place to eat as everyone's tastes are different.
However, you will probably find the best value for money the further away from the square you go and there is a wide choice along Metaxa Street (the harbour front), catering for locals and visitors.
