Kalymnos & Telendos

I fell in love with Kalymnos and Telendos so much that I'm wanting to go back to cover couples weddings out there! (also Kos) I won't charge for accommodation just air fair. Got back a month or so ago and want to go back again as soon as possible. Can anyone recommend any places to stay-I've tried a few out but am always looking for more!

Well, Kalymnos is a beautiful island and was also impressed by its beauty and authenticity.

I know-I simply can't understand why tourism is doing so badly over there! When I went last evereyone was struggling and saying how bad things were. So hopefully people will read this in the UK and other countries and get enticed to go there for a beautiful holiday

Yes, many places are like that but don't forget that is the reason a place keeps its authenticity. Of course, I hope that everyone could earn more from that beauty but when I see how the tourism effect (and an eartquake) have destroyed the island of Zakynthos (still beautiful though).
I remember when I was young, I was going to Naxos every summer.
I was there two week ends ago and felt terrible. My favourite beach was Orkos (end of Plaka) and it was beautiful. There were nothing there except from the beach and the surrounding hills. Today those same hill are full of small villas. Not ugly at all but not as beautiful...

Hi everybody
I will be in Kalymnos in June and I would like to visit Telendos but also Pserimos..what about this island ?
Is possible a daily boat trip from Kalymnos ?
What about best beaches in Kalymnos ?
Maybe Akti, Agios Soulas, Kefala and Almyres ?
Please let me know more possible info about them and how to get there ( on foot, car or motorcycle ..).

Don't know about tours, but usualy all islands propose tours in a way or an other.
