Yes, there are 2 diving centers on Naxos.
I found a website once but could find it now... sorry... You should ask once there...

i dont know anything about companies.
but i tell you watch out whre you go diving. caus diving isnt allowed on many places, there are many threasures in the greke waters that are just leiyng there. the gov doesnt want people to just take them so they dont allow diving there.
i sugest you inform yourself before you dive

There is one PADI dive center in Naxos and the site is in english.
