islands to visit from Rhodes

Hi, We are going to Lindos, Rhodes on october 17th. What islands are there to visit within a 2 hour boat trip away, and are they worth a visit. Any info would be great. Also are there still plenty of ferries running in October. Can't wait to get there, hope he weather is still hot.

The typical island to visit from Rhodes is Simi (1 hour by ferry), lovely island!! I would also say Tilos (2 hours), never been there myself but I've heard good things about Tilos. You might also try Halki (also 2 hours away), small enough to see in a few hours.

From the end of September, when the tourism season ends, ferries are not that frequent.
