Where should stay in Naxos. Family with two small children

We are going to Naxos from 25. july - 1. aug 09 and wonder where we should stay. We are to adults and 2 kids (2 and 4 years old).

Our budget is max 70 per night.

We would like it to be close to the beach and nice restaurants close by.

Any recommendations?
