Greece in late september, maybe ctober

Which Island should we choose at that moment?
And are there many tourists at that moment?

Tourism season ends in late September and most tourists go away. The weather is still very good and warm but some hotels close that time, especially in the small islands. So I would suggest you a big island, like Corfu, Rhodes or better Crete.

We have Decided that we will go to Santorini. Is it best in late september or early oktober?

Late September, for sure... More propable to have good weather...
