|
|
Hello,
My boyfriend and I are visiting Greece for the first time. We want to travel around the Cyclades islands for about three weeks. We have decided we definatly want to visit Santorini and Crete.
Which leaves us with about 12 days, also we would like to visit Naxos, Milos, Paros and Mykonos. Would it be better to stay only 2 or 3 nights on each island and visit all of them, or only visit 2 islands for 4 or 5 nights each? If so, which ones would you recommend?
Thank-you

Hi Alexandra,
The number of days on every island depends on the island.
Personaly I would stay:|
Santorini: 3-4 days Thing to see: the traditional villages of Fira, Oia, the red beach, the excavation (now closed), the museums
Crete: More than a month, renting a car and doing the round
Naxos: 5 days I love this island. Beautiful with many excursions, great mountain villages, amazing beaches, great conditions for windsurfing. A great karma
Milos: 5 days Very interesting, very greek with great things to see and amazing beaches
Paros: 3 days Nice villages, great conditions for kitesurfing. A couple of nice beaches.
Mykonos: 3 days: Just for the main village, it cosmopolitan life and the nightlife
This is a personal opinion and maybe someone else would stay more or less.

Have great holidays. Whatever you decide you will enjoy it! _________________ www.greeka.com
