Info wanted please

Hi folks

Hope some one out there can help me?

I am thinking of booking a holiday to Lesvos for my lady (40 ish) , me girl 13, my lad 6 and myself 44 in August 2007.

We are thinking of Anaxos.

We have been to lots of other Greek islands and like the less touristy type of place, but with kids you need some thing for them to do!!!!

I always hire a car to get about and see the island.

Any info would be most appreciated about what to do, what to see, cash machines, places to eat etc.

Sorry if this has all been asked before but I like to find out about a place before I book it.

For me, the best place to stay is Molyvos. Very picturesque village, calm for families and nice for kids. It has restaurants, cash machines, car rentals and a good base for excursions on the northern side of Lesvos.

I second that – Molyvos is a great place to stay.
