I think I'll be staying in Lourdas, also, if it's pretty easy to drive around the Island. This will be my first time to Kefalonia, I usually go to Skiathos and driving around there is simple, because it's only 1 main road. It has many roads and that is the good part of it. You never get bored as their are many many opportunities for excursions.
