| Ive planned a trip to skopelos, and after read some reviews concerning alot of snakes being on the island. Are there? I am deathly afraid of snakes and am making some back-up plans to do instead of going to skopelos. Should i still go? |

Go. I detest snakes more than anyone and yes , I did see 1 in Skopelos....dying in the road after being run over several times but I'm sure had it not felt the rubber of tyre we'd never have encountered it. Most greek Islands will have snakes but you rarely see them other than dead on roads and it would be a shame to miss out on Skopelos's beauty.
Enjoy.
