help! bus from lamia to ag constantinos

hello,
I have a problem, I will get to Lamia early on the morning of 09/08 (about 6 or 7 a.m.) and I have a ferry leaving from ag constantinos at 15:30, I know it's about 50km away,but are the buses or other connections?how can I find some timetable?I've been searching for 4 hours,but I couldn't be able to find any useful information.

Are you sure you should have posted this on the Skiathos board? Nowhere on Skiathos is 50km from anywhere else on Skiathos, and I haven't heard of either of those towns on the island.
