Apartment/Studio recommendations?

My wife and are are coming in August and are about to book our accomodations. Any recommendations? We are looking to stay just out of town away from the main touristy areas, any assistance is much appreciated. Oh, and prefereably something on the beach!

Hi..we spent 4 days on Prokopios beach..the nicest water and white sandy beach. We stayed at Ioanna Apt....right around the corner from the beach. There was a pool but with a beach like this you'll probably pass it up as well
Reasonably priced...breakfast included..apt had small kitchen..air condition...very nice owner..would go back again.
Enough restaurants along the beach, bike and moped rentals as well.
we rented a car and explored the interior villages too...beautiful island!
