Hi i am a 27 male Spaniard considering to spend the season in a greek island, but i feel unsure regarding we got to July already. how good are my chances to get a job in Zante, Creta or the like?I have a degree in ancient greek so I might learn some modern greek pretty quick, and my English, German and Italian are fairly good, in all modesty.I would thank some advice ASAP, time is short.

The only way to get your answer is to contact them and you will see. Mid July to end of August are the bisiest months. They might need some extra help.

Exactly.
Once on the island you just go from bar to bar and restaurant to restaurant and ask them. Some have websites so you can contact them directly now.
We have a page with job post: http://www.greeka.com/greece/greece-jobs.htm (but we have nothing in Crete and Zakynthos)
