HI there!! we (4/5 Maltese) are coming to the greek isles this coming early September. i wonder how it would be at that time regards nightlife, beaches and entertainment.
We are planning to visit 3 islands; Santorini, Ios & Mykonos. How far is the trip from Athens Port to Santorini? Is it the best way to travel between the islands to leave our stuff in a lodging in Athens & travel lightly? Any well known Dj's will be on these islands at that period of time? Which clubs do you recommend worth a dance? |

Lot of questions.
- Athens port (Piraeus) to Santorini. It depends what kind of boat you take. It can take 6 to 8-9 hours.
- September is a great month. Santorini and Mykonos will definitely be busy. I don't know about Ios. Ios attracts a lot of teens who want to party. I guess in Sept schools starts.
- Santorini has some clubs in Fira. I went there long time ago and don't now how it is. You will find them easily.
- Mykonos has a very famous spot: Paradise beach. Party all day long on the beach and around the pool. And at night the Cavo paradiso with many dj sets. Check their website. Also manu others in town
