Festival at Kos

I have read several places that there is a Wine festival at Kos, maybe it is in Mastichari around august or september... Can anyone tell me the exact dates for this?

Also I read about a Fish Festival i Kefalos, but I can't find any information about when this will be? Anyone who knows?

I will be at Kos from the 8. of August to the 22. of August, so if you know of any other speciel events, let me know.

There is a Wine Festival in Mastichari 2nd August at 20.30 hrs and a Honey Festival in Antimachia on 23rd August at 20.30 hrs.
Unfortunately it looks as if you are going to miss both of these.
Have not heard anything about a Fish Festival yet but will post if I do hear.

Wine festival in Mastihari 2nd August, 20.30
All welcome as usual, courtesy of the local council.

Monday 4th August - Evening of traditional dance and music at Kefalos harbour.21.00

Wednesday 6th August - Evening of traditional dance and music at Kardamena Harbour. 21.00

Wednesday 13th August - Band concert by the windmill in Antimaxia.

Saturday 16th August - Concert by local childrens choir in Kardamena Church 20.30.

Monday 18th August - Concert by local childrens choir by the windmill in Antimaxia. 20.30

Honey festival in Antimaxia 23rd August, 20.30. Again, all welcome to enjoy lots of honey goodies, music and dancing.

Sunday 31st August - Fishermans Festival at Kefalos harbour. Traditional, music, dancing and ouzo.18.30
