Holiday Inn Attica Ave for first night?

by yiasou » Fri Jul 14, 2006 1:18 pm

Has anyone stayed there? I am wondering about getting to the hotel after the flight? Would one take a taxi? There will be 4 adults and most likely one large suitcase and one carryon each.

Considered as a high standard hotel. The only thing is that the hotel is situated on the attica avenue which is in the middle of nowhere and very noisy. I would recommend the location to airplane staff and business people.

The Sofitel is the other alternative. Can you just walk over from the airport or do you need a cab?

Sofitel is just in front of the airport. I think you can't get closest :)

We were originally quoted a room at the Sofitel for 330 Euros for the one night. That was more than we wanted just to put our luggage down and sleep. Now my agent came in with a room for 130 Euros we are definitely staying there.
Do you need a cab to get to the Sofitel?

Thank you.
