Definatelhy dont recomend this hotel. Beware if you are considering this place, it is a disgrace.
We had a family holiday there last year, during that time we had to put up with ripped bedding, non existant air conditioning, rude staff (especially to the kids, although not ours), rat droppings on the balcony, floor in the room was washed once in two weeks.
Took up the matter with My Travel on our return, but were fobbed off. |

Did you post a review on TripAdviser?
I think you have to register a complaint with the rep while on holiday for it to be taken seriously. |
