I'm a spanish tourist, and i am very interested on visiting Athens! we found a cheap place on the Metaxourgio quarter, doesnt look too bad, but for the price (38€ per night for a twin room) make us some suspicious about the conditions of the hotel, or how the neighbourhood is. I would like to get informed about Metaxourgio. Is that a dangerous place for tourists? And also would like to know the typical things of greek life, what to visit, what to eat...
