I've just found this paragraph on a website during my research for July.
' I've heard the road is closed now, but a real challenge in your 4x4 is to drive up to the lighthouse at the north end of the island. It's a very rough drive, along quite precipitous cliffs on your right for the last 2km, but the peace and the views are amazing. It might be worth finding out if you can walk to the lighthouse from the end of the main road, because it's definitely worth the effort.'
This is one trip I definitely had planned to do. Can anyone confirm if or why the road is actually closed and if so would it be possible to walk from the main road? I had planned to go by jeep via Perivoli.
