| I would like to go to visit a Greek Island in September and have difficulty to choose between Naxos or Lesvos. I am looking for untouch by man landscapes, beautiful beaches some lazing and good food and drink. |

I am not happy to say that because my favourite island will get too crowded and will start developing too much.
For me, definitely Naxos. Probably the best island in the Cyclades. The beaches are very clean, the food is good and cheap and the people are friendly.
Found getting there a bit of a pain as we had to get the ferry from the mainland and I am not a good sailor, but we have been about 4 or 5 times so you can see its worth it. |

| I agree with Alexis. Having been to both, Naxos has the edge for what you want. Naxos beaches are very good. On Lesvos, which is quite big, getting from the airport at Mytilene to the holiday areas is a pain. With Naxos its all very easy. |
