Hello,
I am a maltese guy. I have now confirmed my flights to Greece for next August. Since I have never been in Greece, I would like to gain some information before visiting your country.
I am oriented in making 3/4 days in Mykonos and the remaining 3 in Santorini. Maybe when I'm in Mykonos, I will go and visit another island (maybe Ios??).
So, what about Mykonos? I heared that the club life is great. Is that true? and how about the climate/weather? Maybe you can tell me something regarding the important beaches to visit when I am there.
Another important issue is how to reach the islands. I know that there is the ferry from Pireus, but can you tell me exactly if the ferries are very flexible, and how much it cost approx.?
I am looking very forward to visit your country, so pls, help me!!!!!

There is not much more to say. Mykonos is a great island! and you won't regret your trip there if you like trendy and cosmopolitan life!
You can go to Mykonos from Piraeus or Rafina. The second port is close to the airport and the distance to Mykonos Island is shorter. You can also take a flight but it will be much more expensive. We a normal ferry is about 20 Euros the one way and 50 with the high speed.
You can also take a plane from Mykonos to Santorini. Ios does not have an airport so ferry will be necessary if you plan to go there. I love Ios really much. It is a crazy island but I think that one 2 islands are enough for one week.

I will go to Mykonos next summer. I need the same help of Electronik, where I can see the ferries from Athen to Mykonos? There are some link where I can plan my trip?
