Lucky you to stay in such nice places. In Athens, I have stayed at the St George Lycabettus, which may not be luxury per say, but it certainly qualifies as 4 star and has some nice suites. It's in the fashionable Kolonaki district, near Lycabettus Hill - so close to the trendy cafes and shopping.
