My husband and I are visiting via a cruise ship in October and would like to see Santorini using a private tour guide, rather than the cruise line excursion. Any recommendations or advice?

| It depends on how long you are there. You will dock near the harbour of Fira. In Fira town near the bus station, there is a travel agent who I believe will do private island tours. They are called KAMARI TOURS. Failing this, the taxi rank is just over the road from there maybe you could come to a good price with the man or woman in the office. Santorini is quite a small island, so it should be possible to arrange something. Hope this helps. JACOX |
