Sailing around the Ionian Islands

I'm going sailing with a group of friends around the Ionian islands.

I was wondering if anybody can recommend the following:-

'Must see' beaches.

Marinas.

'Must see' places

Good restaurants and tavernas

Any other useful advice???

Anti paxos is an absolute must - the water is so clear and sand soft and white - it's like a tropical paradise.
