urgent- skiathos to athens???

Hi there.
going to skiathos in a week. hoping to go into athens for day of champions league final. flights are all booked out at this stage. can i get there by ferry?????? can't find a route that seems to connect the two places, any help much appreciated

Hi,

Going from Skiathos to Athens is not the easiest thing in the world.
There is a direct flight to Athens. Otherwise you must take the ferry to Ag. Nikolaos and then take a bus. Or a ferry to Volos and then take a bus or train. There are no direct trains so you have to change at the station of the city of Larissa.
