On flying over Corfu in the summer to the south of the island I noticed out of the window a large circular shiny feature. Is it a road or a water course or something else.If anyone can help could you please reply.forklift

What you see is proably 'Lake Korission'. If it is circular or not I don't know, maybe it look that way from the sky.This Lake is in the southwest part of the island, and along the coastline there is a sandy beach for 2-3 km.
