Windsurfing in Naxos Island

I would like to visit Naxos in September. Does anyone knows if the weather is still good to practice windsurfing? I have read that the best month is August...

Yes, August is a windy month in Naxos (not on all beaches of course) but I often saw people practicing in September too.

last year i went to naxos surf club. its a small club, but its a great one. they have good equipment. the spot is great its in a lagoon, the water is never to deep. of course you can go outside the lagoon. naxos town itself is nice to;)
