Car and motor-bike rental outlets are found in Pigadia, Amopi and Lefkos (you pass the motor-bike place just before you reach Lefkos). Ask at your hotel for suggestions and possibly they have a cousin or friend who has a bicycle business. I'm pretty sure if you wanted to rent a couple of them for a week or so, they'd even deliver them to you. I've seen firms delivering single mopeds to far-out villages!
