I know its going to vary depending on where you eat but can anyone give me an idea of an averaged price 3 course meal per person.
I need to know how much to budget for my hols.

Difficult to answer this.
Personaly, in average, when I go to a restaurant in any touristy part of Greece, we pay arround 20 Euros per persons (with cheap wine).
Then, as you said, it all depends of were you eat.

| Sounds right, also really depends on the island (and whether or not you want seafood - $$). And the concept of a 3 course meal doesn't sound very Greek to me! |
