Zagoria Reviews -Villages Papigo

Our base in Zagoria was Papigo. This is one of the most beautiful and most famous villages of the area. Excellent architecture and traditional hotels to stay. Our hotel had a great balcony with view to the mountain. I loved sitting in that balcony and drinking hot, Greek coffee. Definitely have a car when you go at Zagoria, because there are so many nice villages to see around and public transportations are so inadequate.
Close to Papigo is Tsepelovo and Kefalovriso, both excellent experiences. If you go from November to February, it will probably be snowing. Have lots of trainers with you for the rough roads and heavy coats.
