All the rooms have a plasma satelite TV, fridge, Internet access, telephone, safe, hydro massage and hair-dryer in every bath, slippers - towels and cosmetics, autonomous heating. There is also a library, a sitting room with fireplace, room service and a special place for pets.

To become more specific there are 4 three-persons rooms and 3 two-persons rooms. In addition to this, there are the breakfast room and the preparation room. The second building is shaped in one two-room suite and another room. The murals that existed in its interior - made by popular Chioniadites painters - have been maintained by experts and now are placed in the communal spaces.
